二仙汤联合河车大造胶囊治疗更年期综合征的临床效果

Clinical effect of Erxian Decoction combined with Heche Dazao Capsules in the treatment of menopausal syndrome

目的探讨二仙汤联合河车大造胶囊治疗更年期综合征的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2017年7月—2019年7月北京市石景山医院中医科门诊收治的48例更年期综合征患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同分为研究组(24例)与对照组(24例),研究组采用二仙汤联合河车大造胶囊治疗,对照组采用河车大造胶囊治疗。比较两组的总有效率、治疗前后各症状的改善情况。结果研究组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的主要临床症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中,两组患者均未发生不良反应。结论二仙汤联合河车大造胶囊治疗更年期综合征的效果显著,能够改善临床症状,安全有效。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Erxian Decoction combined with Heche Dazao Capsules in the treatment of menopausal syndrome.Methods The clinical data of 48 patients with climacteric syndrome admitted to the Outpatient Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Beijing Shijingshan Hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the study group(24 cases)and the control group(24 cases).The study group was treated with Erxian Decoction Combined with Heche Dazao Capsules,and the control group was treated with Heche Dazao Capsules.The total effective rate and the improvement of symptoms before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.83%,which was higher than that the control group of 75.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of main clinical symptoms in the study group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no adverse reactions occurring in the two groups.Conclusion Erxian combined with Heche Dazao Capsules has significant effect in the treatment of climacteric syndrome,which can improve the clinical symptoms and is safe and effective.
