摘要
党的十九大创新发展了党的政治建设理论,将政治建设置于党的建设伟大工程的首位和统领地位,具有十分清晰的内在逻辑理路。从时代逻辑来看,是立足于世情、国情和党情的变化,应对百年未有之大变局的需要;是把握国内矛盾、巩固新时代党的建设伟大工程的需要。从理论逻辑来看,加强党的政治建设是马克思主义政党建设的根本要求,决定党的建设方向和成效,能够推动新时代党建理论创新与发展。从实践逻辑来看,加强党的政治建设不仅能够带动党的建设整体推进,确保政治信仰与政治忠诚,而且是保持全党集中统一,确保党员践行初心使命的坚实保障。
The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has innovated and developed the party’s political construction theory,placing the political construction at the first and leading position of the great project of the party’s construction,which has a very clear internal logic.From the perspective of the logic of the times,the political construction of the party is an inevitable requirement under the background of the new era.it is based on the changes of the world,national conditions and the party’s situation.It is the need to cope with the great changes that have not been seen in a century.It is the need to grasp the domestic contradictions and consolidate the great project of the party’s construction in the new era.From the perspective of theoretical logic,strengthening the party’s political construction is the fundamental requirement of Marxist Party construction.It determines the direction and effect of Party construction,and promotes the important achievements of theoretical innovation and development of Party Construction in the new era.From the perspective of practical logic,strengthening the party’s political construction can promote the overall progress of the party’s construction,ensure political faith and political loyalty,and also maintain the centralized unity of the whole party,so as to ensure the solid guarantee for the party members to practice their original mission.
