陕西省环境污染事件时空分布、演变及其影响因素

摘要 目的探究陕西省环境污染事件的时空分布、演变和影响因素。方法收集2010-2019年113起环境污染事件数据,使用ArcGIS描述其空间分布特征,运用标准差椭圆揭示其空间演变规律,并采用地理加权回归模型分析其影响因素。结果2010-2013年环境污染事件频次最少,5~6次浮动,2014年增至23次达到10年间最大值,此后波动下降;春、夏为高发季节,水污染和大气污染共占83.2%;环境污染事件主要集中于关中地区,渭南、宝鸡最多,共占全省总频次的38.4%,咸阳发生次数最少;环境污染事件的重心位于关中,总体向西南方向转移;环境污染事件发生次数与城市人口数呈正相关,与经济发展水平呈负相关。结论陕西环境污染事件发生数总体趋势为先上升后下降,关中为环境污染事件的高发地区。 Purposes—To explore the temporal-spatial distribution,evolution and influencing factors of environmental pollution events in Shaanxi Province.Methods—The data of 113 environmental pollution events from 2010 to 2019 was collected.ArcGIS was used to describe the spatial distribution characteristics,standard deviational ellipse was adopted to reveal the spatial evolution law,and geographically weighted regression model was utilized to analyze the influencing factors.Result—From 2010 to 2013,the frequency of pollution events was the least,floating from 5 to 6 times,but increased to 23 times in 2014,reaching the maximum in 10 years,and then fluctuated downward.High incidence occurred in spring and summer,water and air pollution accounted for 83.2%.Environmental pollution events were mainly concentrated in Guanzhong area,those in Weinan and Baoji accounted for 38.4%of the total frequency of the whole province,those in Xianyang had the least frequency.Pollution events were mainly concentrated in Guanzhong area.The frequency of environmental pollution incidents is positively correlated with the urban population,but negatively correlated with the level of economic development.Conclusion—The overall trend of the number of pollution incidents in Shaanxi Province is rising first and then decreasing,and Guanzhong is the high incidence area of pollution incidents.
