标准化流程在预防ICU患者器械相关压力性损伤中的应用

Application of Standardized Procedures to Prevent Device-Related Stress Injuries in ICU Patients

目的:探究标准化流程在ICU患者器械相关压力性损伤预防中的应用效果。方法:在2019年7月~2020年7月本院ICU所有住院患者中随机选择200例患者为研究对象,按数字随机方法分为研究组和对照组,每组患者各100例。对照组患者给予常规流程,研究组给予标准化流程,分别对两组患者1、2、3期的压力性损伤发生率进行对比,并对比两组患者满意度。结果:研究组1期压力性损伤发生率为3.0%,2期压力性损伤发生率为3.0%,3期压力性损伤发生率为1.0%,而对照组1期压力性损伤发生率为13.0%,2期压力性损伤发生率为10.0%,3期压力性损伤发生率为9.0%,对照组1期、2期和3期压力性损伤发生率明显高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者满意度为97.0%,对照组患者满意度为82.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在ICU患者中建立标准化流程,可明显减少患者压力性损伤问题的发生,确保患者健康安全,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized procedures in the prevention of device-related stress injuries in ICU patients.Methods:From July 2019 to July 2020,200 hospitalized patients in ICU of our hospital were randomly selected as study subjects,and randomly divided into study group and control group according to the numerical randomization method,with 100 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given a conventional procedure,and those in the study group were given a standardized procedure.The incidence of stage 1,2 and 3 stress injury was compared between the two groups,and patient satisfaction was compared between the two groups.Results:In the study group,the incidence of stage 1 pressure injury was 3.0%,the incidence of stage 2 pressure injury was 3.0%,and the incidence of stage 3 pressure injury was 1.0%,while the incidence of stage 1 pressure injury in the control group was 13.0%,the incidence of stage 2 pressure injury was 10.0%,and the incidence of stage 3 pressure injury was 9.0%.The incidence of stage 1,stage 2,and stage 3 pressure injury in the control group was significantly higher than that in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction rate in the study group was 97.0%,and the patient satisfaction rate in the control group was 82.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The establishment of standardized procedures in ICU patients can significantly reduce the occurrence of stress injuries,ensure the health and safety of patients,with high application value.
