探讨输液泵规范化管理在心内科的实施效果

To Explore the Effect of Standardized Management of Infusion Pump in the Department of Cardiology

目的:探究输液泵规范化管理在心内科的实施效果,及实施途径。方法:择选本院心内科2019年3月~2020年3月收治的冠心病心绞痛患者80例为研究对象,按患者入院时间,将80例患者随机均分为两组,即研究组和对照组。两组患者均接受输液泵持续药物输注治疗,对照组给予常规输液泵管理,研究组给予输液泵规范化管理。分别就两组患者的依从性和不良事件发生率进行对比。结果:研究组患者的依从性明显优于对照组,研究组为97.5%,对照组仅为80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良事件发生率方面,研究组40例患者中仅1例患者出现"药物外渗"问题,不良事件发生率为2.5%,而对照组有8例患者分别出现"药物外渗""回血""固定不稳"等问题,不良事件发生率为20.0%,差异统计学有意义,P<0.05。结论:心内科患者给予输液泵规范化管理,可有效减少输液泵不良事件,提高患者依从度,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the implementation effect and approach of the standardized management of infusion pump in the department of Cardiology.Methods:80 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to the Department of Cardiology of our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as study subjects.According to the time of admission,80 patients were randomly divided into two groups,namely study group and control group.Patients in both groups received continuous infusion therapy with infusion pump,the control group received routine infusion pump management,and the study group received standardized management of infusion pump.Adherence and adverse event rates were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing compliance of the study group patients was significantly better than the control group,the study group was 97.5%,the control group was only 80.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Unfaorable time aspect,the team of 40 cases only"drug exosmosis"problems among the patients,the incidence of adverse events was 2.5%,while 8 patients in the control group had problems such as"drug extravasation","blood return",and"fixation instability".The incidence of adverse events was 20.0%,and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:The standardized management of infusion pump for patients in the department of cardiology can effectively reduce the adverse events of infusion pump and improve the patient’s compliance,which has high clinical application value.
