无创呼吸机治疗高龄重症肺炎患者的临床研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 重症肺炎是严重危害人类健康的疾病之一,该病不仅表现为呼吸道症状,还会累及人体多个系统,病情发展快、病死率高。目前,随着人口老龄化加剧,高龄重症肺炎患者越来越多,由于老年人免疫功能下降、基础疾病多,加大了重症肺炎的临床治疗难度,为此及时实施有效治疗方法是抢救老年人生命的关键。笔者通过阅读大量文献报道和临床经验总结发现无创呼吸机在抢救高龄重症肺炎患者中发挥着重要作用,其临床疗效已受到广泛认可。因此,本文主要对无创呼吸机治疗高龄重症肺炎患者的临床研究进展进行阐述。 Severe pneumonia is one of the diseases that seriously endanger human health.The disease not only manifests as respiratory symptoms,but also affects multiple systems of the human body.The disease progresses rapidly and the mortality rate is high.At present,with the increasing aging of the population,there are more and more elderly patients with severe pneumonia.Due to the decline in the immune function of the elderly and the many underlying diseases,the clinical treatment of severe pneumonia has increased.Therefore,timely implementation of effective treatment methods is the key to saving the lives of the elderly.The author found that non-invasive ventilator plays an important role in the rescue of elderly patients with severe pneumonia through reading a large number of literature reports and summary of clinical experience,and its clinical efficacy has been widely recognized.Therefore,this article mainly describes the clinical research progress of non-invasive ventilator treatment of elderly patients with severe pneumonia.
