摘要
电针是基于传统中医发展而来的新型治疗技术,在针刺入腧穴得气后,在针上通上感应人体生物电的微量电流波。近年来,随着电针技术的不断发展与完善,其在妇产科领域也得到了开展。电针采用振荡发生器,输出与人体生物电接近的低频脉冲电流,不仅可以做电针,还能够通过板状或点状电极直接作用于患处或穴位,继而发挥出强效且持久的刺激作用,具有疗效佳、可重复、不良反应少等优势。八髎属于足太阳膀胱经腧穴,与督、肾关系密切,位于腰骶部。督脉与冲脉、任脉同属于胞中,一源三歧,肾主藏精,肾与膀胱互为表里。电针八髎穴是中医治疗妇产科疾病的常用穴位。本文通过分析电针八髎在妇产科疾病中的应用进展,旨在完善妇产科治疗方案,为患者的临床治疗提供新的选择。
Electroacupuncture is a new treatment technology based on the development of traditional chinese medicine.In recent years,with the continuous development and improvement of electroacupuncture technology,it has been carried out in the field of obstetrics and gynecology.Electroacupuncture uses an oscillating generator to output low-frequency pulse current close to the bioelectricity of human body.It can not only be used as electroacupuncture,but also can directly act on the affected part or acupoint through plate-shaped or point electrode,and then play a strong and lasting stimulating effect.It has the advantages of good curative effect,repeatability and less adverse reactions.Ba Li belongs to the acupoints of bladder meridian of foot Taiyang,which is closely related to governor and kidney,and is located in lumbosacral region.Du meridian,Chong pulse and Ren meridian belong to the same cell,one source and three bifurcations.The kidney controls the storage of essence,and the kidney and bladder are exterior and interior.Electroacupuncture at Bali point is a common acupoint in the treatment of Obstetrics and gynecology diseases.This paper analyzes the application progress of electroacupuncture in obstetrics and Gynecology,aiming to improve the treatment plan of Obstetrics and Gynecology,and provide a new choice for the clinical treatment of patients.
