踝足矫形器对脑卒中后偏瘫患者平衡控制能力恢复的影响研究进展

脑卒中为常见老年疾病,临床表现主要为脑部出血性损伤,且伴有出血症状,该病病死率和发病率均较高。近年来,我国现象越来越严重,脑卒中发病率呈逐年上升趋势。偏瘫为肢体运动功能障碍主要表现形式,步行能力对患者生活质量产生直接影响,所以步行能力改善为康复训练的关键。脑卒中后偏瘫患者因损害运动神经,常会伴有异常步行模式,如步行不对称、足下垂、步速缓慢、尖足内翻、步幅减小等。脑卒中对人类身体健康产生较大威胁,病情严重患者对肢体功能产生障碍,引起偏瘫。研究证实,大部分患者会出现本体感觉障碍,这不仅对患者平衡能力产生影响,同时会影响患者肢体正常运动。本体感觉为静置或运动过程中,关节和肌肉等运动器官出现的位置、运动和振动感觉,若立体感觉受损,则不利于患者正常生活。对脑卒中后偏瘫患者,临床主要应用躁足矫形器进行矫正,效果明显。该研究分析踝足矫形器对脑卒中后偏瘫患者平衡控制能力恢复影响,希望改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量。

Stroke is a common senile disease.The clinical manifestations are mainly cerebral hemorrhagic injury,accompanied by bleeding symptoms.The mortality and morbidity of this disease are both high.In recent years,the phenomenon in my country has become more and more serious,and the incidence of stroke is increasing year by year.Hemiplegia is the main manifestation of limb motor dysfunction,and walking ability has a direct impact on the quality of life of patients,so the improvement of walking ability is the key to rehabilitation training.Patients with post-stroke hemiplegia often have abnormal walking patterns due to damage to motor nerves,such as asymmetric walking,foot drop,slow gait,pointed foot inversion,and reduced stride.Stroke poses a greater threat to human health,and patients with severe illness have obstacles to limb function and cause hemiplegia.Studies have confirmed that most patients will experience proprioception disorder,which not only affects the patient’s balance ability,but also affects the normal movement of the patient’s limbs.Proprioception refers to the position,movement,and vibration sensation of joints and muscles during static or exercise.If the stereo sensation is impaired,it is not conducive to the normal life of the patient.For patients with hemiplegia after stroke,the clinical application of manic foot orthosis is mainly used for correction,and the effect is obvious.This study explores the effect of ankle-foot orthosis on the recovery of balance control ability in hemiplegic patients after stroke,hoping to improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life.
