CT与增强CT在腹部肿瘤腹腔转移中的诊断效果分析

CT and Enhanced CT in the Diagnosis of Abdominal Metastasis

目的:分析CT与增强CT在腹部肿瘤腹腔转移中的诊断效果。方法:选取2018年8月~2019年8月收治的72例腹部肿瘤检查患者为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,各36例,对照组实施CT检查,实验组实施增强CT诊断检查,对比患者诊断准确率、诊断结果及诊断满意度。结果:实验组患者诊断准确率明显好于对照组(P<0.05),且实验组患者诊断结果显著好于对照组(P<0.05),同时实验组患者诊断满意度明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在腹部肿瘤腹腔转移患者诊断中,增强CT诊断效果相对较好,相应的指标检查结果也更为精准。

Objective:To analyze the diagnostic effect of CT and enhanced CT in abdominal metastasis.Methods:72 patients with abdominal tumor from August 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,36 cases in each group.CT was performed in the control group,and enhanced CT was performed in the experimental group to compare the diagnostic accuracy,diagnostic results and diagnostic satisfaction.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the diagnostic results of the experimental group were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),at the same time,the diagnostic satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of abdominal metastasis of abdominal tumor,the effect of enhanced CT is relatively good,and the results of corresponding indexes are more accurate.
