研究髓内钉固定治疗胫骨中下段骨折不愈合的疗效

To Study the Effect of Intramedullary Nail Fixation on Nonunion of Middle and Lower Tibial Fractures

目的:分析髓内钉固定治疗胫骨中下段骨折不愈合的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年1月~2019年12月本院收治的197例胫骨中下段骨折不愈合患者,采取随机数字表法将其均分为两组,对照组(n=98)采取外固定支架进行治疗,观察组(n=99)采取髓内钉固定进行治疗,观察两组患者临床指标及并发症发生率。结果:观察组手术时间、骨折愈合时间及住院时间均比对照组短,术中出血量比对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者并发症发生率对比,观察组明显比对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胫骨中下段骨折不愈合采取髓内钉固定治疗,可减少患者并发症,缩短患者恢复时间。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of intramedullary nail fixation in the treatment of nonunion of middle and lower tibial fractures.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2019,our hospital 197 cases of patients with tibial middle period of fracture healing,take a random number table method were divided into two groups,control group(n=98)treated with external fixation bracket,the observation group(n=99)take the intramedullary nail fixation treatment,observe two groups of patients with clinical indicators and complication rates.Results:The operative time,fracture healing time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the two groups was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intramedullary nail fixation for nonunion of middle and lower tibial fractures can reduce complications and shorten recovery time.
