COOK子宫颈扩张球囊在足月妊娠产妇引产前促宫颈成熟中的临床应用效果

The Clinical Effect of COOK’s Cervical Balloon for Cervical Ripening in Full-Term Pregnant Women Before Induction of Labor

目的:分析COOK子宫颈扩张球囊在足月妊娠产妇引产前促宫颈成熟中的临床应用效果。方法:选取2018年2月~2020年2月在本院分娩的102例足月妊娠产妇为研究对象,依据随机数字表法,随机将研究对象分为对照组和实验组(每组51例),对照组产妇给予缩宫素引产,实验组产妇给予COOK子宫颈扩张球囊引产,对比两组产妇的宫颈成熟有效率及引产-分娩时间。结果:实验组产妇的宫颈成熟有效率(96.08%)明显高于对照组(78.43%),实验组产妇的引产-分娩时间明显短于对照组,P<0.05,差异均具有统计学意义。结论:COOK子宫颈扩张球囊可促进足月妊娠产妇宫颈成熟,缩短引产时间,值得借鉴。

Objective:To analyze the clinical application effect of COOK cervical dilatation balloon in promoting cervical ripening of full-term pregnant women before induction of labor.Methods:102 full-term pregnant women delivered in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the research objects were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the experimental group(51 cases in each group).The control group were given oxytocin induction,the experimental group were given COOK’s cervical balloon for cervical ripening.The cervical ripening efficiency and induction delivery time were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of cervical ripening in the experimental group(96.08%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.43%).The induction delivery time in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:COOK’s cervical balloon for cervical ripening in full-term pregnancy can promote the cervical maturity of full-term pregnant women and shorten the induction time.
