影响尿液分析仪检验结果的因素分析

Analysis of Factors Affecting the Test Results of Urine Analyzer

目的:观察对尿液分析仪检验结果产生影响的相关因素,并提出针对性的改进措施。方法:选取2017年2月~2019年5月450例来本院检验科接受尿液检测的患者为研究对象,采用全自动尿液分析仪对其进行尿常规检验。统计出现误差的样本,回顾性分析影响检验结果的因素。结果:450份尿液样本中,检验结果出现误差的有56份,误差率12.44%(56/450)。影响检验结果的最常见的因素为实验室因素,占37.50%(21/56),其次分别是临床用药因素,占26.79%(15/56);尿液采集占17.86%(10/56),样本保存占10.71%(6/56),样本送检占7.14%(4/56)。结论:尿液分析仪的检验结果会受到多种因素的影响,为减少检验误差,需全面控制尿常规检验的流程,规范处理各项操作环节,合理控制影响因素。

Objective:To observe the related factors that affect the urine analyzer test results,and propose specific improvement measures.Methods:A total of 450 patients who came to the laboratory department of our hospital from February 2017 to May 2019 for urine detection were selected as the research objects,and routine urine examination was conducted on them with automatic urine analyzer.The error samples were counted and the factors affecting the test results were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Of the 450 urine samples,56 had errors,with a margin of error of 12.44%(56/450).The most common factors affecting the test results were laboratory factors,accounting for 37.50%(21/56),followed by clinical factors,accounting for 26.79%(15/56).Urine collection accounted for 17.86%(10/56),sample preservation accounted for 10.71%(6/56),and sample submission accounted for 7.14%(4/56).Conclusion:The test results of urine analyzer can be affected by a variety of factors.In order to reduce the test errors,it is necessary to comprehensively control the routine urine test process,standardize the processing of various operating links,and reasonably control the influencing factors.
