血浆置换仪在自身免疫性溶血性贫血病患者临床治疗中的应用

Application of Plasma Exchange Apparatus in Clinical Treatment of Patients with Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia

目的:探讨血浆置换仪对自身免疫性溶血性贫血病的临床疗效及相关血液指标的影响。方法:选择本院2020年1月~2020年10月收治的自身免疫性溶血性贫血患者80例为研究对象。根据不同治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者给予输血治疗,观察组采用血浆置换仪进行血浆置换治疗。比较两组治疗前及治疗后血红蛋白、红细胞计数、网织红细胞水平变化及临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组血红蛋白、红细胞计数及网织红细胞比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血红蛋白、红细胞计数均升高,网织红细胞均降低(P<0.05);但两组患者治疗后血红蛋白、红细胞计数及网织红细胞比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组总有效率比较(对照组100.00%,观察组95.00%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血浆置换治疗自身免疫性溶血性贫血病的疗效满意。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of plasma exchange apparatus on autoimmune hemolytic anemia and the influence of related blood indexes.Methods:80 patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia in our hospital from January 2020 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given blood transfusion,and the observation group was treated with plasma exchange instrument.The changes of hemoglobin,red blood cell count,reticulocyte level and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in hemoglobin,red blood cell count and reticulocyte between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,hemoglobin and red blood cell count in both groups were increased,while reticulocyte was decreased(P<0.05);But there was no significant difference in hemoglobin,red blood cell count and reticulocyte between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(100.00%in the control group and 95.00%in the observation group)(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of plasma exchange on autoimmune hemolytic anemia is satisfactory.
