探讨无创呼吸机治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭的疗效 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析临床在治疗慢阻肺并发呼吸衰竭患者时,以无创呼吸机展开治疗干预的价值。方法:选择2018年6月~2020年8月于本院就医的慢阻肺并发呼吸衰竭患者1200例,以随机数字表法实施分组。在常规组中提供常规治疗方法,在实验组中加入无创呼吸机治疗,统计并分析2组疗效及各项指标变化情况。结果:经分析2组疗效,实验组总有效率比常规组高,分别是98.8%,92.5%,P<0.05;经分析2组各项临床指标,呼吸频率为(20.1±4.5)次/min、心率为(91.2±6.3)次/min、二氧化碳分压为(76.9±9.8)mmHg、动脉血氧分压为(49.5±6.0)mmHg,优于常规组(25.9±5.3)次/min、(94.5±6.8)次/min、(70.3±7.9)mmHg、(57.8±3.1)mmHg,P<0.05。结论:通过联合以常规疗法与无创呼吸机实施治疗,可有效改善患者体内血流动力学,提升临床疗效的同时,还具有较高安全性,适宜深入研究与推广。 Objective:Analyze the value of therapeutic intervention with non-invasive ventilator in treating patients with COPD and respiratory failure.Methods:1200 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to August 2020 were selected and grouped by random number table method.Provide conventional treatment methods in the conventional group,add non-invasive ventilator treatment to the experimental group,and analyze the curative effects and changes of various indicators in the two groups.Results:After analyzing the efficacy of 2 groups,the total efficiency was higher than conventional group,98.8%,92.5%and P<0.05.After clinical indicators of 2 groups,respiratory frequency was(20.1±4.5)/min,heart rate(91.2±6.3)/min,CO_(2) was(76.9±9.8)mmHg,arterial oxygen pressure was(49.5±6.0)mmHg,was better than conventional group(25.9±5.3)/min,(94.5±6.8)/min,(70.3±7.9)mmHg,(57.8±3.1)mmHg,P<0.05.Conclusion:Combined with conventional therapy and non-invasive ventilator,can effectively improve patient hemodynamics,improve clinical efficacy,but also have high safety,suitable for in-depth research and promotion.
