彩色多普勒超声联合弹性成像在甲状腺癌诊断的临床价值

The Clinical Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound Combined with Elastography in the Diagnosis of Thyroid Carcinoma

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声及弹性成像在甲状腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年1月~2020年8月本院收治的81例甲状腺肿块患者,以组织病理学检验的结果作为金标准,比较彩色多普勒超声、弹性成像及彩色多普勒超声联合弹性成像与病理组织学的检测情况与诊断效能。结果:彩色多普勒超声联合弹性成像检验的敏感性、特异性及准确性要高于单独彩色多普勒超声检验、弹性成像检验,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声联合弹性成像检验可以提高甲状腺癌诊断的敏感性、特异性及准确性,减少了漏诊、误诊的机率。

Objective:To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasonography and elastography in the diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma.Methods:A total of 81 patients with thyroid masses admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 were selected.The results of histomathological examination were used as the gold standard to compare the detection and diagnostic efficacy of color Doppler ultrasound,elastography and color Doppler ultrasound combined with elastography and histomathology.Results:The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of color Doppler ultrasonography combined with elastography were higher than those of single color Doppler ultrasonography and elastography,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasonography combined with elastography can improve the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of thyroid cancer diagnosis,and reduce the probability of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
