在肺结核诊断中进行数字化摄影胸片检查的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Digital Radiography in the Diagnosis of Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的:主要分析肺结核患者临床诊断中应用计算机X线摄影(CR)系统胸片检查的效果。方法:从2016年5月~2020年5月本站收治的肺结核患者中选择100例作为实验研究对象,采用统计学中随机分组的方法将患者分为实验组与对照组,每组患者各50例。实验组患者进行数字化摄影胸片拍摄,对照组患者则进行CT检查,最终对比两组患者的检查结果。结果:实验组患者临床诊断准确率为84%,对照组患者的临床诊断准确率为80%,对比发现,P>0.05。结论:对肺结核患者进行数字化摄影胸片检查,与CT检查结果并无显著差异,医生需结合实际情况合理选择检查方法。

Objective:To analyze the effect of chest X-ray examination with computed radiography(CR)system in the clinical diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:From May 2016 to May 2020,100 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in our station were selected as the experimental research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the experimental group were taken digital photography,while the patients in the control group were taken CT examination,and the examination results of the two groups were finally compared.Results:The clinical diagnosis accuracy of the experimental group was 84%,and that of the control group was 80%,P>0.05.Conclusion:There is no significant difference between the results of digital chest radiography and CT in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,and doctors should reasonably choose the examination method according to the actual situation.
