摘要
目的:剖析ICU心衰合并呼吸衰竭患者无创呼吸机治疗的临床效果。方法:样本时间在2019年1月~2019年10月,抽选出本院展开治疗的ICU心衰合并呼吸衰竭患者56例纳入研究,以平均分组方式进行分组,治疗组和对照组中各归入28例患者,其中治疗组采用无创呼吸机治疗,对照组采用常规治疗,收集两组患者的治疗效果、动脉血气分析数据以及心率等数据并展开比较。结果:治疗组患者有效率为96.42%(27/28);对照组患者有效率为67.85%(19/28);对照组数据低于治疗组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。同时对于治疗组而言,患者的心率、SaO_(2)、PaO_(2)等数据明显高于对照组,而呼吸和PaCO_(2)等数据则低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:临床上对心衰合并呼吸衰竭患者实施常规治疗+无创呼吸机治疗后,能够帮助患者进一步对呼吸状况加以改善,大大提高治疗效果,同时提升呼吸机的使用安全性和有效性。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of noninvasive ventilator therapy in patients with ICU heart failure combined with respiratory failure.Methods:From January 2019 to October 2019,56 patients with ICU heart failure combined with respiratory failure were selected and grouped in an average group.The treatment group and the control group were divided into 28 patients.The treatment group was treated with non-invasive ventilator and the control group was treated with routine treatment.Results:The effective percentage of patients in the treatment group was 96.42%(27/28);The effective percentage of patients in the control group was 67.85%(19/28);And the data in the control group were lower than those in the treatment group,with P<0.05,having statistical value.meanwhile,for the treatment group,the data of heart rate,SaO2 and PaO2 were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the data of respiration and PaCO_(2) were lower than those of the control group.regardless of which clinical data was compared,there was clinical imbalance between groups,P<0.05.Conclusion:Clinical treatment of patients with heart failure and respiratory failure with non-invasive ventilator treatment can help patients to further improve respiratory conditions,greatly improve the therapeutic effect,and at the same time improve the safety and effectiveness of ventilator use,has the significance of clinical application promotion.
