Analysis of Daily Maintenance Fault Treatment of Multi Parameter Monitor

目的:分析多参数监护仪的日常保养故障处理方法,保障多参数监护仪的正常工作。方法:选取本院在临床诊疗中应用的迈瑞MEC-1000多参数监护仪作为研究对象,分析多参数监护仪日常养护方法,分析多参数监护仪在使用过程中可能出现的故障类型,并对各种故障类型的处理方法进行总结。观察多参数监护仪2020年3月~2020年8月使用过程中故障发生率。结果:2020年3月~2020年8月本院在临床治疗中共应用多参数监护仪7540例次,共发生9次故障,故障发生率为0.12%。结论:在多参数监护仪应用过程中应该加强对保养和检修,降低故障发生率,更好发挥其在临床治疗中的作用。

Objective:To analyze the daily maintenance fault handling method of multi parameter monitor,and ensure the normal work of multi parameter monitor.Methods:Mindray MEC-1000 multi parameter monitor used in clinical diagnosis and treatment in our hospital was selected as the research object.Analyze the daily maintenance method of multi parameter monitor.This paper analyzes the possible fault types of multi parameter monitor in use,and summarizes the treatment methods of various fault types.The failure rate of multi parameter monitor during use from March 2020 to August 2020 was counted.Results:From March 2020 to August 2020,a total of 7540 cases of multi parameter monitors were used in our hospital,and a total of 9 failures occurred,with the failure rate of 0.12%.Conclusion:In the application process of multi parameter monitor,we should strengthen the maintenance and overhaul,reduce the failure rate,and better play its role in clinical treatment.
