摘要 建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS法)测定土壤和沉积物中锡的方法。优化了仪器参数,采用在线内标法消除基体效应干扰,比较了多种消解体系及两种加热方式对测定土壤和沉积物中锡的影响。实验表明:不含氢氟酸的体系不利于土壤和沉积物中锡的析出,其测定结果偏低;含氢氟酸的多种体系(包括硝酸-氢氟酸-盐酸-高氯酸、硝酸-氢氟酸-盐酸以及硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸体系)用于测定土壤和沉积物中锡的结果令人满意,满足环境监测要求。 An inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS method)method for the determination of tin in soil and sediment has been established.The instrument parameters were optimized,using the on-line internal standard method to eliminate matrix interference effect.The influence of different digestion systems and two heating methods on the determination of tin in soil and sediment was compared.The results show that the system without hydrofluoric acid is disadvantageous to the precipitation of tin in soil and sediment,and the determination result is low.Various hydrofluoric acid-containing systems(including nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid-hydrochloric acid-perchloric acid,nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid-hydrochloric acid and nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid-perchloric acid)have been used for the determination of tin in soils and sediments with satisfactory results,which satisfied environmental monitoring requirements.
