摘要
近年来石油污染程度日益加重,为达到高效修复石油污染的目的,将筛选出的两株石油降解菌2#、3#进行复配,构建复合石油降解菌,并对两株石油降解菌进行组合后降解石油的效果进行了探究,实验得出了菌株的最佳复配比为2:3,此时复合石油降解菌的石油降解率可达到62.66%,相比于单菌株石油降解率,复合菌降解石油的效率提高了约32.46%。实验结果表明:复配后的菌株对石油烃的降解效果均优于单菌株,为进一步采用石油降解菌进行石油污染土壤的修复奠定了基础。
In recent years,the degree of oil pollution has been increasing day by day,in order to achieve the purpose of efficient remediation of oil pollution.Two petroleum degradation bacteria 2#and 3#were selected to construct composite petroleum degradation bacteria,and the effect of petroleum degradation was studied.The optimum ratio of the two petroleum degradation bacteria was 2:3,and the petroleum degradation rate of composite petroleum degradation bacteria could reach 62.66%.Compared with the petroleum degradation rate of single strain,the efficiency of petroleum degradation was increased by 32.46%.The results showed that the degradation effects of the compound strain on petroleum hydrocarbon was better than that of the single strain,which lays a foundation for the further use of petroleum degradation bacteria to remediate petroleum contaminated soil.
