HPLC法测定潮州“三宝”中山梨酸、苯甲酸和糖精钠的含量 被引量:1

摘要 以潮州特产老香黄、老药桔和黄皮为原材料,经过前处理,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定了其中的苯甲酸、山梨酸和糖精钠的含量。结果表明:苯甲酸、山梨酸和糖精钠在0.01~0.10 mg/mL浓度范围内呈良好线性关系(R^(2)≥0.99990),其回收率苯甲酸为92.5%,山梨酸为98.2%,糖精钠为101.2%。此方法操作简单、分析时间较短,可适用于蜜饯类食品中苯甲酸、山梨酸和糖精钠的含量检测。 Taking Chaozhou"Sanbao"as raw materials,through ex-processing,the content of benzoic acid,sorbic acid and saccharin sodium is determinedvia high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The experimental results show that benzoic acid,sorbic acid and saccharin sodium showed a good linear relationship(R^(2)≥0.99990)in 0.01~0.10mg/mL concentration range and the recovery rate of benzoic acid,sorbic acid and sodium saccharin were 92.5%,98.2%and 101.2%respectively.This method had the advantages of simple operation and shot analysis time,which could be used for routine detection of benzoic acid,sorbic acid and saccharin sodium content at preserved fruit.
