制约中成药产业高质量发展的因素分析及对策探讨

Factors Restricting the High-quality Development of Chinese Patent Medicine Industry and Solutions

中成药产业是中医药行业的重要组成部分,近40年来中成药产业快速发展,取得了长足的进步,但随着医药卫生领域各项改革进入“深水区”,医药环境发生了深刻的变化,中成药产业增速明显下滑或出现负增长。分析制约中成药产业高质量发展的4个主要因素,并提出了3项对策建议:一是加强循证医学方面的研究及机制建设;二是建立长效的中成药淘汰机制;三是加强管理的协调性。

Chinese patent medicine industry is an important part of the Chinese medicine industry.In the past 40 years,Chinese patent medicine industry has seen rapid development and great progress.However,as various reforms in health and medicine enter a"deep-water zone"where the medical environment has undergone profound changes,Chinese patent medicine industry witnesses sharp decline or even negative growth.This article analyzed four main factors restricting the high-quality development of Chinese patent medicine industry and proposed three countermeasures:strengthening the research in evidence-based medicine and mechanism construction,establishing a long-term elimination mechanism for Chinese patent medicine,and enhancing the coordination in management.
