摘要
随着食品供应链和现代食品加工技术日益复杂,不法分子的食品掺假手段花样翻新,非法添加屡禁不止。一直以来,我国高度重视打击食品掺假行为,初步构筑了治理食品掺假的法律法规体系。在此基础上,文章首先系统梳理了我国治理食品掺假的相关法律、行政法规、部门规章、地方性法规和地方政府规章,其次分析了我国现有食品掺假治理体系存在的缺陷和不足,最后有针对性地就我国食品掺假法律法规体系该如何完善的问题提出了相应的建议。
With the increasing complexity of food supply chain and modern food processing technology,food adulteration methods by lawless people are varied and illegal addition is remain incessant after repeated prohibition.China has been attaching great importance to combating food adulteration and has initially established laws and regulations system to deal with food adulteration.On this basis,firstly,the relevant laws,administrative regulations,departmental regulations,local regulations and local government regulations on food adulteration in China are systematically sorted out.Secondly,the defects and deficiencies of China's existing food adulteration control system are analyzed.Finally,some suggestions on how to perfect the legal system of food adulteration in China are put forward.
