摘要
为了指导缅甸某锡矿的回收工艺,提高有价金属的综合利用率。采用化学多元素分析、偏光显微镜、X-射线衍射光谱、MLA(矿物特征自动定量分析系统)、电子探针等检测方法对该矿石进行工艺矿物学研究。结果表明,矿石中含锡、铁、铅、锌、金、银,虽然金属矿物较多,但有用组分主要为锡,矿石中含锡矿物以锡石为主,含量为2.18%,还有少量锌黄锡矿。另外,矿石中金、银含量分别为0.13g/t、33.69g/t,90%的金赋存于黄铁矿中,99%的银赋存于方铅矿、辉铋矿中,金银的含量低于边界品位,可考虑计价。锡石主要与石英、电气石、云母连生或包裹,锡石的粒度分布范围较大,在-0.3mm原矿中,-10μm约10%,这部分锡多包裹于石英、云母中,是供选矿分选的最大理论回收率。在选矿工艺中必须考虑加强磨矿细度,使锡石尽量单体解离,最大限度地提高锡金属回收率。
In order to provide a basis for the research on the recovery technology of a tin ore in Myanmar,the process mineralogy of the ore was studied by means of chemical multi-element analysis,polarization reflection microscope,X-ray diffractometer,MLA(automatic Quantitative analysis system)and electron probe.The main conclusions are as follows:tin,iron,lead,zinc,gold and silver are contained in the ore,although the metallic minerals are complex,the main recovered element is tin.The tin-containing minerals in the ore are mainly cassiterite with a content of 2.18%and a small amount of Stannine(Zn).In addition,the contents of gold and silver in the ore are 0.13 g/t,33.69 g/t,90%of the gold occurs in pyrite and 99.9%of the silver occurs in galena,bismuthinite,the gold and silver content is lower than the boundary grade,may consider the valuation.Cassiterite is associated with quartz,tourmaline,and muscovite,cassiterite has a large size distribution,in-0.3 mm ore,-10μm about 10%,this part of tin is mostly wrapped in quartz andmuscovite,In order to improve the recovery of tin metal,it is necessary to strengthen the grinding fineness so as to separate the cassiterite as much as possible.
