内蒙古某多金属矿铜锌分离试验研究 被引量:7

Experimental Study on Separation of Copper and Zinc from a Polymetallic Ore in Inner Mongolia

摘要 内蒙古某多金属矿含有铜、锌资源,由于铜、锌矿物嵌布关系复杂、原矿品位铜低锌高、闪锌矿浮选活性好等特点,工业上一直未能实现铜、锌的综合回收。本研究通过优先选铜,抑制闪锌矿上浮,对铜粗精矿再磨增强铜、锌矿物的单体解离度,采用有机抑制剂HG-2强化硫酸锌和亚硫酸钠对闪锌矿的抑制,在原矿铜品位0.085%、锌品位1.046%的条件下,获得铜品位为23.68%,铜回收率为61.29%,锌含量4.31%的铜精矿和锌品位为52.53%,锌回收率为68.80%,铜含量为0.503%的锌精矿,实现了铜、锌资源的综合回收。 A polymetallic ore in Inner Mongolia contains copper and zinc resources.Due to the complex dissemination relationship between copper and zinc minerals,low copper grade and high zinc grade of raw ore,and good flotation activity of sphalerite,the comprehensive recovery of copper and zinc has not been realized in industry.In this study,the sphalerite flotation was inhibited by preferential separation of copper,the liberation degree of copper and zinc minerals was enhanced by regrinding copper rougher concentrate,and the organic depressant HG-2 was used to strengthen the depression of zinc sulfate and sodium sulfite on sphalerite.Under the conditions of the raw ore with grade of Cu 0.085% and Zn 1.046%,the copper concentrate with copper grade of 23.68%and recovery of 61.29% was obtained,the content of zinc was 4.31%.Meanwhile the zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 52.53% and recovery of 68.80% was obtained,the content of copper was 0.503%,which achieved comprehensive recycling of copper and zinc resource.
