摘要
云锡某老尾矿锡含量低,为0.175%,锡石共生关系复杂且嵌布粒度细,锡石主要分布在-0.074mm粒级中,回收难度较大。利用昆明理工大学新近开发的KGS-Ⅱ选矿设备,对该老尾矿进行初富集试验。根据试样特性对其进行旋流器分级得到沉砂、溢流,将沉砂细磨矿、溢流以及将磨矿后的沉砂和溢流合并分别用KGS-Ⅱ进行分选试验。在给矿锡品位为0.175%的条件下,磨矿后的沉砂试样产出了含锡0.447%的精矿,锡作业回收率为62%;溢流试样产出含锡0.541%的精矿,锡作业回收率为0.584%;合并试样产出含锡0.53%的精矿,锡作业回收率为66.90%。试验结果表明,KGS作为一种粗选设备有一定的经济性和可操作性。
The tin content of an old tailings in Yunxi is as low as 0.175%.The cassiterite symbiosis relationship is complicated and the inlay size is fine.The cassiterite is mainly distributed in the particle size-0.074 mm,which is difficult to be recovered.The KGS-Ⅱmineral processing equipment newly developed by Kunming University of Science and Technology was used to conduct an initial enrichment test on the old tailings.According to the characteristics of the sample,the grit and overflow obtained by the cyclone classification are combined.The grit is finely ground and overflowed,and the combined grit and overflow are separately tested with KGS-Ⅱ.Under the condition of 0.175%of the ore feed grade,the ground sand sample after grinding was obtained to produce a concentrate containing 0.447%tin,and the tin operation recovery was 62%,the overflow sample produced a concentrate containing tin grade 0.541%,the tin operation recovery is 0.584%,the combined samples produce a concentrate containing 0.530%tin,and the tin operation recovery is 66.90%.Tests show that KGS as a rougher separation equipment has certain economy and operability.
