摘要
磨矿分级流程的有效控制,是保证选矿过程生产稳定高效的关键所在。在设备日趋大型化、工艺逐渐复杂化的趋势下,使用优化控制系统对生产流程进行智能操作已经成为保证生产目标实现的最佳方案。以SABC生产流程为例,从流程分析、解决方案设计、控制系统实现和实际应用效果等多个角度描述了一套磨矿优化控制系统的实现过程,该系统通过使用包括磨机负荷检测、矿石粒度图像处理和模型仿真测量在内的智能检测技术,以及专家系统和模糊控制等先进过程控制算法实现了磨矿分级过程的优化控制,并且开发了与控制系统相应的软件产品,在选矿厂的实际生产中实现了生产的智能操作和运行指标的优化。
The effective control of grinding and classification flowsheet is the key to ensure the stable and efficient production of mineral processing.With the trend of equipment becoming larger and larger and process becoming more and more complicated,the use of optimal control system for intelligent operation of production process has become the best solution to ensure the realization of production goals.Taking SABC production process as an example,the realization process of a grinding optimization control system is described from the aspects of process analysis,solution design,control system realization and practical application effect,etc.The system uses intelligent detection technology including mill load detection,ore particle size image processing and model simulation measurement.As well as the expert system and the fuzzy control and so on the advanced process control algorithm has realized the grinding classification process optimized control,and has developed with the control system corresponding software product,has realized the production intelligent operation and the movement target optimization in the concentrator actual production.
