摘要
应急发电机组作为核电厂失去厂外正常电源最后一路安全电源,要求其供电稳定可靠,调速器作为柴油发电机组调速控制系统重要设备,其选型和参数选取至关重要。根据高温气冷堆示范工程应急柴油发电机组调速器为例,根据24 h带载试验中的问题和数据,修改机组调速器同期模式下调差系统和空载频率设定值,试验结果表明,调整后调试性能技术指标满足柴油机技术规格书的要求,确保了应急发电机组并网时供电稳定可靠。
Emergency generator is the last safe power supply for nuclear power plant to lose normal power supply outside the plant,which requires stable and reliable power supply.Governor is an important equipment of diesel generator speed control system,and its type selection and parameter selection are very important.Taking the governor of emergency diesel generator set in high temperature gas cooled reactor demonstration project as an example,the setting value of governor synchronization mode,differential system and no⁃load frequency were modified according to the data of 24 hours load test and problems solved.The test results show that the technical specifications of the commissioning performance meet the requirements of the diesel technical specification,ensuring that the power supply is stable and reliable when the emergency generating units are connected to the grid.
