原发性肝癌组织中微RNA-543表达与微血管密度的相关性

摘要 目的探讨原发性肝癌(PLC)组织中微RNA-543(miR-543)与微血管密度(MVD)的相关性。方法选择2016年6月至2020年6月涿州市医院收治的100例PLC患者作为观察组,另选择同期因外伤行部分肝切除的70例患者作为对照组。采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应法检测PLC组织和正常肝组织中miR-543的表达;免疫组织化学染色观察PLC组织中MVD;分析PLC组织中miR-543表达与MVD的相关性。结果PLC组织和正常肝组织中miR-543相对表达量分别为3.231±0.312、1.021±0.052,PLC组织中miR-543相对表达量显著高于正常肝组织(t=4.216,P<0.05)。PLC组织和正常肝组织中MVD分别为44.79±8.54、9.68±3.27,PLC组织中MVD显著高于正常肝组织(t=3.175,P<0.05)。miR-543表达和MVD与肿瘤直径、肿瘤分期有相关性(P<0.05),与肿瘤数目、是否合并肝硬化无相关性(P>0.05);PLC组织中miR-543表达与MVD呈正相关(r=0.601,P<0.05)。结论PLC组织中miR-543表达上调,PLC组织中miR-543表达与MVD呈显著正相关,miR-543可能在PLC的发生、发展中起促进作用。 Objective To investigate the correlation between microRNA-543(miR-543)and microvessel density(MVD)in primary liver cancer(PLC)tissues.Methods A total of 100 patients with PLC in Zhuozhou City Hospital from June 2016 to June 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 70 patients who underwent partial hepatectomy due to trauma during the same period were selected as the control group.The expression of miR-543 in PLC tissues and normal liver tissues was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction.The MVD in PLC tissues was observed by immunohistochemical staining.The correlation between miR-543 expression and MVD in PLC tissues was analyzed.Results The relative expression of miR-543 in PLC and normal liver tissues was 3.231±0.312 and 1.021±0.052,respectively.The relative expression of miR-543 in PLC tissues was significantly higher than that in normal liver tissues(t=4.216,P<0.05).The MVD in PLC and normal liver tissues was 44.79±8.54 and 9.68±3.27,respectively.The MVD in PLC tissues was significantly higher than that in normal liver tissues(t=3.175,P<0.05).The miR-543 expression and MVD were correlated with tumor diameter and tumor stage(P<0.05),but they were not correlated with tumor number and cirrhosis(P>0.05).The expression of miR-543 in PLC tissues was positively correlated with MVD(r=0.601,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of miR-543 is up-regulated in PLC tissues,which was positively correlated with MVD in PLC tissues.miR-543 may play a role in the occurrence and development of PLC.
