By virtue of its open policy,favorable geographical location and industrial structure transformation and upgrading,Shenzhen has ranked No.1 in"China’s Top 100 Foreign Trade Cities"for ten consecutive years.In the current sluggish foreign trade environment,the cross-border e-commerce industry in Shenzhen is in a period of rapid development and standardized operation.However,due to the disorder of cross-border e-commerce market,poor timeliness of logistics,and difficulties in export tax refund and exemption,Shenzhen’s cross-border e-commerce transformation is faced with many difficulties.Therefore,the government should strengthen the market supervision,improve the market order,tighten up the inspection and quarantine,and promote the construction of industrial clusters.Financial institutions should launch diversified financial products and broaden financing channels.Cross-border e-commerce should actively connect with industry associations and logistics enterprises to achieve a joint development.
