纺织品消臭性能测定及评价的研究现状

Research Status of Determination and Evaluation of Deodorant Properties of Textiles

阐述臭味成分、纺织品消臭方法,重点介绍探讨多种消臭性能测试过程、原理、适用范围。文章表明,消臭测试方法主要有检知管法、气相色谱法、冷凝取样分析、金属氧化物半导体传感器法,目前应用较为广泛的是检知管法和气相色谱法。现有规定消臭性能的产品标准尚未完善,消臭效果评价较为模糊,建议标准制定单位完善消臭产品标准,建立明确的评价体系。

This paper expounds the odor components and textile deodorization methods,and emphatically introduces and discusses the testing process,principle and application scope of various deodorization properties.The article shows that the deodorant testing methods mainly include the detector tube method,gas chromatography method,condensation sampling analysis method and metal oxide semiconductor sensor method.At present,the detector tube method and gas chromatography method are widely used.The existing product standards of deodorization performance are not perfect,and the evaluation of deodorization effect is vague.It is suggested that the standard setting unit should improve the deodorization product standards and establish a clear evaluation system.
