东台子水库特征水位合理性浅析

Rationality Analysis of Characteristic Water Level of Dongtaizi Reservoir

西拉木伦河为西辽河主要支流之一,发源于大兴安岭山地赤峰市克什克腾旗大红山北麓白槽沟,于翁牛特旗与奈曼旗交界处与老哈河汇合成为西辽河,赤峰市东台子水库工程位于西拉木伦河中上游。文章针对东台子水库拟建的具体实际情况,通过浅析水库概况、水库任务等方面,确定水库的规模,即死水位、正常高蓄水位及防洪限制水位,从而分析水库的建设对流域水资源开发利用的影响情况。

As one of the main tributaries of the West Liaohe River,the Xilamulun River originates from Baicaogou located in northern Dahong Mountin,where Keshiketeng Qi of Chifeng City in Daxing'anling mountainous area,at the junction of Wengniute Qi and Naiman Qi,confluencing with the Laoha River into the Xiliao River.Dongtaizi reservoir project in Chifeng City is located in the middle and upper reaches of the West Lamulun River.According to the actual situation of Dongtaizi reservoir,the scale of the reservoir is determined,namely dead water level,normal high water level and flood control limit water level,and the influence of reservoir construction on the development and utilization of water resources in the basin is analyzed.
