军工上市企业创新能力水平测评研究——以跨行业4家代表性企业为例

对军工上市企业创新能力的测评研究有利于进一步提高其创新能力。文章结合我国军工上市企业的特点,将创新能力划分为创新环境阶段、创新投入阶段、创新过程阶段、创新产出阶段和创新持续阶段共5个阶段构建符合我国军工上市企业特征的创新能力测评指标体系,对跨行业4家代表性军工上市企业的创新能力进行测评研究。研究发现,当前我国军工上市的行业代表性企业的创新能力存在一定非均衡性发展、整体创新能力不足以及呈现出“低活力”状态。最后提出提高军工上市企业创新能力的建议。

The research on the evaluation of the innovation capability of military listed enterprises is helpful to further improve their innovation ability.In this paper,in the light of the characteristics of China's military listed enterprises,the innovation capability is divided into five stages:innovation environment stage,innovation input stage,innovation process stage,innovation output stage and innovation persistence stage.Then,this paper tries to construct an innovation capability evaluation index system which accords with the characteristics of China's military industry listed enterprises and evaluates and studies the innovation capability of four representative military industry listed enterprises across industries.It is found that,at present,the innovation capability of the representative enterprises of China's listed military enterprises have,to some extent,experienced non-balanced development,lacking in overall innovation capability and showing a state of"low vitality".Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the innovation ability of military listed enterprises.
