石墨烯在涤棉面料中的开发应用分析

摘要 石墨烯是碳原子以sp2杂化轨道组成蜂巢晶格的二维碳纳米材料。从碳材料中剥离,拥有优异的光电磁等理化性质。近年来,石墨烯功能材料得到不断发展,人们消费观念变化促进石墨烯用于功能纺织品的研发制备。石墨烯可有效改善纺织品阻燃性能。当前合理应用石墨烯研发功能性纺织品成为研究热点,石墨烯在纺织品的抗菌除螨等功能实现方面具有很大的应用前景,有效应用于不同纺织品类,可引领高端纺织新材料发展应用。文章利用生物石墨烯复合纤维,设计梭织服装面料,使石墨烯在服装面料中得到推广应用。 Graphene is a two-dimensional carbon nanomaterial in which carbon atoms form honeycomb lattices with sp2 hybridization orbitals.Stripped from carbon materials,it has excellent physical and chemical properties such as light,electricity and magnetism.In recent years,graphene functional materials have been continuously developed.Due to the change of people's consumption concept,graphene has been used in the R&D and preparation of functional textiles.Graphene can effectively improve the flame retardancy of textiles.At present,the rational use of graphene to develop functional textiles has become a research hotspot.Graphene has a great application prospect in the realization of anti-bacterial and anti-mite functions of textiles and can be effectively applied to different textile categories,which can lead the development and application of new high-end textile materials.In this paper,biographene composite fiber is used to design woven clothing fabric,so that graphene can be widely used in clothing fabric.
