木质粉尘爆炸特性及其典型生产环境风险评估应用研究

粉尘爆炸事故是工业生产中一种常见的事故形式,会带来巨大的财产损失和人员伤亡,还可能引发相应的环境污染问题。木质粉尘本身具有易燃性,常见于木材加工行业,为了防范木质粉尘爆炸问题,减轻爆炸事故引发的后果,文章针对木质粉尘爆炸的特性进行了分析,并对其典型的生产环境风险进行了评估,希望能够为木质粉尘爆炸风险的防范提供参考依据。

Dust explosion is a common form of accident in industrial production,which will not only bring huge property losses and casualties,but also cause corresponding environmental pollution problems.Wood dust is flammable and is common in wood processing industry.In order to prevent wood dust explosion and reduce the consequences caused by explosion accident,the characteristics of wood dust explosion are analyzed in this paper and its typical production environment risk is evaluated,in the hope of providing a reference basis for the prevention of wood dust explosion risk.
