摘要
随着现代工业快速发展,对自动化设备提出更高的要求,要求自动化设备具有较高的智能、自动化属性,同时具有较高的运转效率和稳定性,因此在实际设计中应对自动化控制系统和机械结构展开优化设计,以此来提升相关设备的综合性能。文章主要结合作者实际工作经验,首先对自动化设备中机械结构设计内容及特点做简单概述,然后分析自动化设备中机械结构设计的相关要求,最后提出机械结构设计过程中应注意优化的关键点,希望能够对自动化设备机械结构设计产生促进作用。
With the rapid development of modern industry,higher requirements are put forward for automation equipment,which requires that automation equipment have higher intelligence and automation properties,as well as higher operating efficiency and stability.Therefore,in the actual design,we should optimize the automatic control system and mechanical structure,so as to improve the comprehensive performance of related equipment.Based on the author's practical work experience,this paper first gives a brief overview of the contents and characteristics of mechanical structure design in automation equipment,and then analyzes the relevant requirements of mechanical structure design in automation equipment.Finally,the key points that should be paid attention to in the process of mechanical structure design are put forward,in the hope of promoting the mechanical structure design of automatic equipment.
