摘要
塑料油箱具有重量轻、防腐能力强、使用寿命长、安全性高等特点,所以国内绝大部分车型采用的都是塑料油箱。但由于塑料油箱结构复杂,制造成本昂贵,制造周期缓慢,各类样车很难装配新状态的塑料油箱,影响了新车型的研发进度。该研究设计了一种新的不锈钢金属试制油箱系统,可以替代新状态的塑料油箱,很好地解决了新车型样车试制阶段缺少塑料油箱等问题。
The plastic fuel tank has the characteristics of light weight,strong anti-corrosion ability,long service life and high safety,so most domestic car companies use plastic fuel tank.However,due to the complex structure of plastic fuel tank,high manufacturing cost and slow manufacturing cycle,it is difficult for all kinds of prototypes to assemble the new plastic fuel tank,which affects the progress of the research and development of new car.This research involves a new kind of stainless steel metal trial-production tank system,which can replace the new plastic tank,and solves the problem of the lack of plastic tank in the trial production stage of new prototype.
