智慧水务在海绵城市中的应用

海绵城市主要就是城市可以像海绵一样与环境变化相互适应,在应对自然灾害的过程中具有一定的弹性,夏季下雨的阶段能够吸收、存储、渗透水分,并且可以净化水分,在干旱的季节将所存储的水分进行释放并且利用,实现系统化、科学化的治水目的,对城市中的水环境进行全面的优化,使得水资源能够自然地积存、渗透与净化。智慧水务则是利用数采仪设备、无线网络平台、水质水压表设备等,在线性、实时性地形成城市供排水系统运行情况的感知,利用可视化的形式将水务管理部门的管理工作与供排水的基础设施相互整合。针对于此,文章分析了智慧水务在海绵城市中的应用目标与意义,提出应用的建议,旨在为发挥智慧水务在海绵城市中的作用价值夯实基础。

The Sponge City mainly means that the city can adapt to the environmental changes like a sponge,and has a certain flexibility in the process of dealing with natural disasters.The stage of summer rain can absorb,store and permeate water,and can purify water.The stored water is released and used in dry seasons,so as to achieve the purpose of systematic and scientific water control,and optimize the water environment in the city in an all-round way,so that water resources can be naturally accumulated,infiltrated and purified.The Smart Water platform is to use data acquisition equipment,wireless network platform,water quality water pressure gauge equipment and so on to form the perception of the operation of urban water supply and drainage system in linear and real-time.The use of visual form of water management department management work and water supply and drainage infrastructure integration.In view of this,this paper analyzes the application goal and significance of Smart Water platform in the Sponge City,and puts forward some suggestions onits application,in order to lay a solid foundation for giving full play to the role and value of Smart Water platform in the Sponge City.
