翻转课堂视阈下法学本科创造性思维能力培养研究

创造性思维能力是法学本科教学的培养目标之一,对学生未来从事法律职业具有重要作用。传统法学教学模式在培养法科学生创造性思维能力方面缺位明显。翻转课堂教学模式适合法学的学科特点。翻转课堂通过深度学习和探究式学习,能够较好地培养法学本科生的创造性思维能力。在法学翻转课堂教学中,适当的机制设计和策略实施十分重要。

Creative thinking ability is one of the training objectives of law undergraduate teaching,which plays an important role in students'future legal career.The traditional teaching mode of law is obviously absent in cultivating the creative thinking ability of legal students.Flipped classroom teaching model is suitable for the subject characteristics of law.Through deep learning and inquiry learning in Flipped classroom,the creative thinking ability of law can be better cultivated for students.In legal Flipped classroom teaching,proper design and strategy are very important.
