血液透析机检测仪流量参数校准装置研究

Research on Flow Parameter Calibration Device of Hemodialysis Equipment Tester

介绍了血液透析机检测仪的工作原理,对血液透析机检测仪中流量参数的校准方法进行了探讨,研究设计了用于血液透析机检测仪流量参数校准的小流量校准装置。以静态质量法液体流量装置为基础,结合标准流量计作为计量标准器,对血液透析机检测仪流量参数进行校准以及对标准流量计进行标定,并对装置的不确定度进行分析,结果满足流量参数的校准要求。

This paper introduces the working principle of hemodialysis equipment tester,discusses the calibration method of the flow parameters in the hemodialysis equipment tester,studies and designs a small flow calibration device for the flow parameters calibration of the hemodialysis equipment tester,which is based on the liquid flow device of the static mass method,combined with the standard flowmeter as the measurement standard,and realizes the calibration of hemodialysis equipment tester calibration of flow parameters,the results show that calibration of standard flowmeter and analysis of the uncertainty of the device can meet the calibration requirements of flow parameters.
