光散射法粉尘仪评价中高浓度淹没实验的必要性

摘要 对于扬尘在线监测系统,示值误差已不能全面反映不同类型光散射法粉尘传感器的性能差异,对高浓度粉尘的耐受性和长期稳定性成为需要纳入考核的重要指标,而高浓度淹没实验可作为这两个指标的考核方法。实践表明,检测器具有鞘气保护功能的粉尘仪,在经历高浓度粉尘淹没实验后,仍然能保持较好的计量性能,可用于室外环境扬尘在线监测。 For dust online monitoring system,the indexes such as indicated value error can no longer fully reflect the performance difference of different types of light scattering dust sensors,and the tolerance and long-term stability of high concentration dust become important indexes that need to be included in the assessment,and the high concentration flooding experiment can be used as the assessment method for these two indexes.Practice shows that the dust meter with the function of air warping protection can still maintain good metering performance after the high concentration dust flooding test,and can be used for online monitoring of dust in the outdoor environment.
