智能导学系统中反馈的设计研究

A Research of the Design of Feedback in Intelligent Tutoring System

智能导学系统作为前沿的人工智能教学工具,借助人工智能技术来替代人类教师,对不同需求及特征的学习者实现个性化、智能化教学。其中,反馈设计在智能导学系统中发挥重要作用,可提升学习者的认知水平、学习体验及元认知能力。目前,在国内智能导学系统的研究中反馈设计的研究尚待完善。本文基于优化智能导学系统的互动学习环节,以提高学习者的认知水平、学习体验和元认知能力为导向,首先从影响反馈效果的因素出发,对智能导学系统中反馈设计的通用性原则进行了概括;其次,从反馈功能的视角,借鉴国外已有的智能导学系统反馈的设计,最终形成了反馈系统中认知、情感、元认知三个层面的设计方法,以期为智能导学系统中反馈的设计研究提供参考。

As a cutting-edge teaching tool of artificial intelligence,intelligent tutoring system uses artificial intelligence technology to replace human teachers and realize personalized and intelligent teaching for learners with different needs and characteristics.Among them,feedback design plays an important role in intelligent tutoring system,which can improve learners’cognitive level,learning experience and metacognitive ability.However,in domestic intelligent guidance system research,feedback design research is very few.This paper is based on optimizing the interactive learning process of intelligent tutoring system,aiming at improving learners’cognitive level,learning experience and metacognitive ability.Firstly,the generality principle of feedback design in intelligent tutoring system is summarized based on the factors that affect the feedback effect.Secondly,from the perspective of feedback function,the paper draws lessons from the feedback design of foreign intelligent tutoring systems,and finally condenses the design methods of cognitive,emotional and metacognitive aspects in the feedback system,so as to provide reference for the design and research of feedback in the intelligent tutoring system.
