摘要
数字化和信息化深度影响了全球教育领域的理念和形态,为了引领和推动全民数字胜任力和信息技术能力的提升,教育工作者自身的数字胜任力和信息技术能力提升至关重要。文章对2017年出版的《欧洲教育工作者的数字胜任力框架》(DigCompEdu)的研制背景、数字胜任力维度结构以及等级标准进行了概述和解读,力图为我国教育工作者数字胜任力框架和等级标准的建立提供启示。
Digitalization and informatization have deeply influenced the concept and form of education globally.In order to lead the promotion of digital competence and information communications technology (ICT) competence,it is crucial to improve the digital competence and ICT competence of educators themselves.The article summarizes and interprets the background of the development of the European Framework for the Digital Competence of Educators (DigCompEdu),the structure of digital competence dimensions and the progression levels.Suggestions were made regarding the construction of a Chinese framework for educators’digital competence and progression levels.
