摘要
化疗是目前宫颈癌治疗的主要手段之一,耐药的产生严重影响了化疗效果。而非编码RNA能够通过多种途径调控肿瘤的发生发展和化疗耐药的产生。因此,本文综述了非编码RNA在宫颈癌化疗耐药中的具体分子机制,并讨论了其作为宫颈癌化疗耐药生物学标志物和逆转化疗耐药潜在靶点的临床价值。
Chemotherapy is currently one of the main treatments for cervical cancer(CC), and the development of drug resistance has seriously affected the effect of chemotherapy. Non-coding RNA(ncRNA) can regulate tumorigenesis and development of tumors and the generation of chemoresistance through a variety of ways. Therefore, we reviewed the specific molecular mechanisms of ncRNA in CC chemoresistance, and discussed its clinical value as a biomarker of CC chemoresistance and a potential target of reverse transformation therapy resistance.
