消肿止痛散外敷治疗血栓性外痔的临床研究被引量：3

摘要目的观察消肿止痛散外敷治疗血栓性外痔的临床效果。方法将60例血栓性外痔患者按就诊顺序分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组给予肛安软膏治疗,治疗组给予消肿止痛散治疗,比较2组患者治疗有效率。结果治疗组有效率为96.67%,对照组有效率为80.00%,治疗组有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后在肛门疼痛、坠胀、肛外肿物方面积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消肿止痛散外敷治疗血栓性外痔的临床效果显著,安全。
