Dorbod Mongolian Autonomous County is a large county of water surface resources in Heilongjiang Province.The water surface resources are mainly saline and alkali water.This paper analyzes the main body of the project implementation,the superiority conditions of the project implementation,the necessity and feasibility of the project construction,the environmental impact assessment and the benefit of the project implementation in Dorbod County aquaculture base.
