摘要
通过“人、机、料、法、环、测”六要素的技术确认对中国水利学会发布的团体标准《水质氨氮的测定气相分子吸收光谱法》(T/CHES 12-2017)进行了方法验证,验证参数有:检出限、测定下限、精密度、准确度。验证结果表明:精密度和准确度结果符合该方法要求。证明临汾市水文水资源勘测站实验室具备应用此方法开展检测水中氨氮的能力。
Through the"operation personnel,equipment,reagents,method,environment,detection"six elements of the technical confirmation of China water conservancy society publishing group standards of water quality,the"Water quality-Detemination of ammonia-nitrogen Gas-phase molecular absorption spectrometry"(T/CHES 12-2017)method verification,validation parameters are:the detection limit,determination of lower limit,precision and accuracy.Verification results show that the precision and accuracy results conform to the requirements.It is proved that the laboratory of Linfen County Hydrology and Water Resources Survey Station has the capability of using this method to detect ammonia nitrogen in water.
