摘要
基于Design Expert软件,采用响应面法(RSM)分析了玄武岩纤维(BF)长度和体积掺量对再生粗骨料替代率为20%的玄武岩纤维再生混凝土(BFRAC)力学性能的影响。结果表明:BF体积掺量对BFRAC力学性能的影响程度大于BF长度;对于抗折强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗压强度,对应的BF最佳掺量分别为0.2%、0.1%和0.2%。
Based on Design Expert software,the response surface method(RSM)was used to analyze the influence of basalt fiber(BF)length and volume content on the mechanical properties of basalt fiber recycled concrete(BFRAC)with 20%replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate.The results show that BF volume content has a greater influence on the mechanical properties of BFRAC than that of BF length.For the flexural strength,split tensile strength and compressive strength of BFRAC,the corresponding optimal BF content is 0.2%,0.1%and 0.2%,respectively.
