马克思主义在中国早期传播(1920-1927)中,以李汉俊、董必武、恽代英、胡鄂公等为代表的湖北籍革命知识分子,充分利用省内外的报刊、书店等媒体,大力宣传马克思主义,努力传播马克思主义基本理论、唯物史观、剩余价值理论、文艺理论等,积极推广俄国十月社会主义革命和列宁东方革命理论,极大地唤醒和促进了中国工人阶级和人民群众的思想自觉,抨击了各种冒牌社会主义思潮,为建立中国共产党营造了强大的舆论,奠定了牢固的思想和组织基础,作出了重大的历史性贡献。

In the early dissemination of Marxism in China(1920-1927),revolutionary intellectuals from Hubei,represented by Li Hanjun,Dong Biwu,Yun Daiying,Hu Egong,etc.,made full use of newspapers,bookstores and other media inside and outside the province to vigorously promote Marxism.Efforts to spread the basic theories of Marxism,historical materialism,surplus value theory,literary theory,etc.,and actively promote the Russian October Socialist Revolution and Lenin's Eastern Revolution Theory,which greatly awakened and promoted the ideological consciousness of the Chinese working class and the masses and criticized them.It created various counterfeit socialist thoughts,created a strong public opinion for the establishment of the Communist Party of China,laid a solid ideological and organizational foundation,and made a major historical contribution.
