摘要
随着NdFeB磁体的快速发展和广泛应用导致Nd、Pr元素快速消耗,与其伴生的Ce等稀土元素大量堆积。合理利用Ce等相对廉价稀土对高效利用稀土资源和降低生产成本具有重要实际意义。除了传统的烧结磁体,近些年各国研究者也对含Ce纳米晶磁体进行了一系列研究。本文简要介绍了Ce_(2)Fe_(14)B磁体内禀性能和相组成,以及Ce基合金矫顽力机理;进一步对各向同性和各向异性含Ce纳米晶磁体的制备方法、磁性能和微观结构等研究结果进行综述分析,并展望其未来发展方向。
With the rapid development and wide application of NdFeB magnets,Nd and Pr elements are being consumed rapidly,which leads to accumulation of the associated rare earth elements such as Ce.Rational utilization of these cheaper rare earths such as Ce is of great practical significance for efficient utilization of rare earth resources and reduction of production costs.In addition to traditional sintered magnets,researchers have also conducted a series of studies on Ce-containing nanocrystalline magnets in recent years.This paper surveys the intrinsic properties and phase composition of Ce_(2) Fe_(14) B magnets,and the coercive force mechanism of Ce-based alloys is also briefly discussed.The preparation methods,magnetic properties and microstructure of isotropic and anisotropic Ce-containing nanocrystalline magnets are reviewed and analyzed.The future development trend is prospected as well.
